Attributes Of An Effective Coach!

Here we have a list of 12 attributes from a world recognised British coach, he set standards in his coaching, player management and always being able to get the best out of his players and team.

1) Control yourself – don’t let your emotions influence your decision.

2) Be passionate about the subject.

3) Be open minded - don’t be afraid to try new ideas and even change your coaching style.

7) Demand discipline from those around you – coaches & players.
