Obviously the enjoyment part of the sessions the skill based off the Touch games and all the things that are very underrated. I think the obviously the most important skill in rugby is passing and if you think of why most tries and all these things don't happen. It's usually a skill that lets it down. So I think that something in this country we've got to focus on that little bit more and get everyone - 1 to 15 enjoying playing with the ball in the hands and then the other skills will develop as their body develops into what position they're going to be but don't categorize anyone just to let everyone go out enjoy themselves and get hands on the ball.
