Okay, for this next little warm-up exercise, The Lads are going to be on one foot. They're going to be hopping around arms across the chest and they're just going to shoulder Bunch bump each other. Try not the other one back onto the other foot so, just see them going now. Okay, good, stop there. And now, we're just do the other foot hopping on the left. So we're just getting shoulders little bit warmed up, getting used to bit of Tap, before we start the tackling. Excellent.
