I think the modern day now is becoming more and more sort of athletic development. It's a very Dynamic powerful game what turnover born what everybody's looking for is broken defenses and people in the wrong places. Look no look good and Up and Up Get Around spin on and on. Well, this is a great fun activity. But clearly if the boys aren't tacking correctly. You can't move forward to our tackle Jack or anything else until the players fully understand the safety implications of making the tackle. They only feed her feet and came out came out good vote on. That's not bad. What balls we want? We want quick ball. Okay the contact on after some footwork. Definitely that's going to give us a better chance of speed in the ball up into and falling all we want to fall right? So I've I've done my footwork. I've beaten the playoff happy eating him is when he managed to tackle me. What can I do now to speed that ball up? Work on the floor, which is exactly that what we've been doing obviously what they're trying to get men over the ball to stop us. We have to clear those players out the way we organize if you were to come to the ball you carry my Freddy go nice clear. Excellent. Go clear. Nice clear leg Drive head up several. Nice noodle. Really good work. His shoulders are right down. Okay, what's our option here though in grab rolling off one side rolling off the other side or if you're coming in on the ball and your shoulders are still a bit High we can chop his arms here and still get underneath him and drive him up if your shoulders are lower than the defender shoulders. You're in a good strong body position to clearing out the way.
