Hold-up Wrestle

Progress from warm up skills and introduce the first technical factors. This exercise encourages close contact skills using core strength rather than levers

We're going to start standing one of you is going to try and get to the floor. So you've got to get your knees to the floor. The other one's going to hold you up. But how are we going to start is we're not going to start linked.
